How long does shipping take within New Zealand?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for faulty or damaged items only. We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t work as intended, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
How do I request a return or refund?
Simply email us at orders@urbancat.co.nz with your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at orders@urbancat.co.nz with photos or a video of the damage. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping if required.
What happens if an item is out of stock? Can I preorder it?
If a product is marked out of stock, you can sign up for a back-in-stock notification on the product page. For select items, we may also offer preorders — if available, this option will appear directly on the product page with an estimated dispatch date.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can request a cancellation only before your order has been shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
