Cancellation policy


At Urban Cat, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand when and how an order can be cancelled.


Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order only before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead fall under our Returns & Refunds Policy (which applies only to faulty or damaged items).


How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The word “Cancellation” in the subject line

We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.


Cancellation Approval & Refunds

  • If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

  • They have already been shipped

  • They are part of a final sale or clearance promotion

  • The request is made after dispatch

In these cases, our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply (faulty or damaged items only).
